Shipping

All orders use UPS, USPS or Fedex, this is dependent on the product. For orders over $50, shipping is free and for orders less than $50, shipping is $8. The item will be shipped out within two business days and tracking information will be provided on your order status page as soon as we can provide it. 
 

 

All sales are final on boneyard items. All boneyard products are assumed to be broken. 
 

Clothing and tactical gear can be returned if and only if the items are returned brand new and unused, with all tags and packaging. 
 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned orders will be given a partial refund. 
 

Return shipping is covered on defective items only. More information can be found in our Return Policy.
 

Orders that are refused or not deliverable as addressed will be charged shipping both ways, as well as any additional fees charged by the delivery company, NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

 

 

 

Who do you use for shipping?

How are shipping rates determined?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders less than $50, we offer flat rate shipping for $8.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple distributors across the United States. Our main location is in NY.  

 

What should I do if my items arrive damaged/defective?

We apologize for this inconvenience! This is most likely due to the manufacturer, distributors, shipping, or something else that is out of our control. AC Everything will do everything we can to make things right. Email us at contact@aceverything.com with the subject "Defective Product" and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Please try to explain the problem with the product in the email and include the order number. There may be a chance that we may be able to help with a simple email.

 

I accidentally submitted the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Contact us immediately. We can do our best to change the order before it is shipped. In the event that the order was already shipped, there will be additional fees due to return delivery. No Exception! To avoid this, always check your address before and right after putting in an order.

 

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Orders over $50 should arrive between 3-7 business days after shipping is complete. Orders under $50 should arrive between 4-9 business days after shipping is complete. Buyers will be notified when the item has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

 

What happens if I order something that is out of stock?

In the event that an item is purchased and it is out of stock, a full refund will be provided. However, all of our products that are out of stock should be labeled as “out of stock” and should not be purchasable. This should only happen when there is an error on our end. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Is shopping on your website safe?

Of course, we use PayPal to secure our shopping cart process.

 

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal. Your PayPal will be charged at the time of checkout.

 

When will my order ship?

Your order will most likely ship within the next business day. There is a rare occurrence of shipping within 2 business days. We only ship products Monday through Friday.

 

Is there international shipping?

For international shipping, please email us at contact@aceverything.com. We do not offer free shipping for international sales. Contact your customs agency to get the required import permits for the items you order. If your order is confiscated by customs, AC Everything is not responsible for the loss, nor will we reimburse you for the cost of the impounded products or their shipping cost. 

 

How are bulk BB orders shipped?

We ship bulk BB orders just like our other products. In the event, we do not have enough BBs to complete the bulk order, AC Everything reserves the right to make up the different by sending BBs of equal or greater value. The amount and quality will be honored.

Are there any shipping restrictions? 

There may be shipping restrictions for some of the products we offer. If there is a restriction, we will provide a full refund.

Shipping Damage:
In the unfortunate case that an order should arrive with shipping damage we require that the damage be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. We will gladly assist you by filing a claim with the shipping company for the damages caused. All original shipping and product packaging must be kept intact for the shipping company to complete the claims process. We understand that these situations can be frustrating and apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. We will do our best to make sure that your shipping claim is handled correctly and that a replacement be shipped out as soon as possible.

Lost Packages:
If you believe that your package has been lost by the shipping company please notify us right away. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, we must be notified within 5 business days so that we can notify the shipping company. We will send out a replacement if the shipping company is unable to locate the package and confirms that it has been lost. Packages that have been signed for can not be reported as lost, the signature obtained at the delivery address is proof of delivery.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:


We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason we choose.

If you need to cancel your order we can do so if it has not already been shipped. In most cases, the order can be canceled before shipping. However, it is possible that the order is shipped before we get your message. In that case a return request must be submitted. Upon request we can try to have the delivery company re-route the package back to our warehouse, but this will incur additional fees.

All canceled orders will be immediately refunded once the cancellation has been confirmed.
