Return Policy

All sales are final. In the event of a defective products, a replacement will be provided. All replacements require an RMA #. To obtain an RMA # contact us by using the RMA form found here. You must submit the RMA request within the return period for your product.  

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of delivery. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.

Returns for any other reason than stated above will not be accepted unless it was approved.

Removal of the federally required blazing orange tip on any airsoft guns will void all warranties. There will be no possibility of a return, no exceptions!

The use of low grade BBs (BBs lighter than .20g) in any metal gearbox or higher level airsoft gun will void all warranties and possibility of return.


30 Day Return:

Items that are found to be defective can  be returned for replacement within 30 days. We will only cover the return shipping on items that are reported as defective within 7 days of delivery. After that, the buyer is responsible for covering return costs. 


Shipping Damage:
In the unfortunate case that an order should arrive with shipping damage we require that the damage be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. We will gladly assist you by filing a claim with the shipping company for the damages caused. All original shipping and product packaging must be kept intact for the shipping company to complete the claims process. We understand that these situations can be frustrating and apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. We will do our best to make sure that your shipping claim is handled correctly and that a replacement be shipped out as soon as possible.

Lost Packages:
If you believe that your package has been lost by the shipping company please notify us right away. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, we must be notified within 5 business days so that we can notify the shipping company. We will send out a replacement if the shipping company is unable to locate the package and confirms that it has been lost. Packages that have been signed for can not be reported as lost, the signature obtained at the delivery address is proof of delivery.


Can I return airsoft parts?

All sales are final on parts. Only purchase parts if you know what you are going to do with them.


Can I return tactical gear/clothing?

All sales are final on tactical gear/clothing unless the product is defective. Be sure to check the clothing products before taking off any tags or packaging, this will void the warranty. Tactical gear and clothign can only be returned if and only iff the item is brand new and is in unused conditions with all original tags and packaging. 


What if I damage my gun  by dropping it or hitting it against something?

Our warranties cover internals only. External damage will not be covered unless it is shipped with said damage.


What do I have to pay for replacements?

We will cover return shipping costs on defective items if a request is sent in 3 days after the products was delivered (Including weekends). After this, the customer will be responsible for the order.


If I dissemble my gun or simply open it, can I replace it?

No, disassembly of our products will void any warranties. Attempting to change the appearance or the function of a product will void the waranty as well.


How long will it take to process exchanges/refunds?

All exchanges and refunds will be process within 2 weeks from when we receive the item(s) back. In the event that the replacement item is out of stock, you will be notified of a back order via email.


What should I do if my items arrive damaged/defective?

We apologize for this inconvenience! This is most likely due to the manufacturer, distributors, shipping, or something else that is out of our control. AC Everything will do everything we can to make things right. Email us at with the subject "Defective Product" and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Please try to explain the problem with the product in the email and include the order number. There may be a chance that we may be able to help with a simple email.


Can I return boneyard items?

No, all sales are final on boneyard items. All boneyard items are assumed to be broken.


Can I get a refund on shipping charges? 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 





ATTENTION:  To comply with CA law any and all airsoft guns in your order will be marked to comply with SB 199.  It is illegal to remove these markings in California.  Removing SB199 Compliant Airsoft gun markings will void your warranty and may also result in criminal penalties. It is the responsibility of the owner/user of any airsoft product required to be marked in accordance of SB199 to maintain and replace any SB199 markings and remain in compliance with SB199. Possessing any airsoft product that requires these markings as well as shipping to and from (including return shipping to Airsoft Station for any reason) requires the user to maintain properly marked products.  Any products that are returned to us from California without SB199 compliant markings shall have any applicable warranty voided and will be refused for warranty work for violating California state law. Additional fees will applied for SB199-compliant remarking of any and all airsoft guns returned. 

We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time. In extreme cases, a partial refund may be provided up to the discretion of the management.
